Survey Office romance hits the lowest point in 10 years

Survey Office romance hits the lowest point in 10 years Survey Office romance hits the lowest point in 10 years Career Builder’s yearly Valentine’s Day survey found that “office romance” has sunk to the lowest point in 10 years. But what does actually this look like? The research, carried out by Harris Poll, shows that in December of 2017, 36% of employees said they dated a coworker, versus 41% last year. Just under a quarter (22%) report having dated someone who was their manager, and 41% report being private about an office romance. With 6% of employees (9% of women and 3% of men) saying they left a job because their office relationship went off the rails, it’s clear that an office romance can have serious employment consequences, especially in this post-Weinstein era  that continues to unfold.
